Many thanks to our guide. He led us through the Mezquita of Córdoba with his great, friendly manner. It was one of the best guided tours I have been on.

Visit to a magnificent site with a brilliant guide who was able to tell us all about the history of this building in a very short time, with passion, without whom we would have missed the highlights of its construction. We were lucky not to have too many people inside.

The tourguide was friendly, patient and very infotmative, he gave us time to look around and take pictures. The place itself is a miracle, very unique. They let me leave my luggages at the reception, he took us back, and was willing to answer many more questions.
Our tour guide Alvaro. He led a very informative tour, telling and showing us super interesting details. He organized it in a very exciting way and told it in such a way that you can remember the information. We definitely recommend booking the tour with a guide.

It was all about the guide, James. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and humour made the tour very memorable. We had have a few English speaking guided tours in Spain and he has been one of the best guides by far
This experience is perfect for students... but for people who do tourism, they should give a booklet with the explanation given by the guide, because the girl knew all the information very well by hand, and although she said at the beginning that she spoke very fast... she gave a lot of information, a lot, so quickly, that when she finished, little you retained in your mind... with some complementary document, giving it at the beginning of the visit... would be much better, the visit would be much more documented.

Punctuality and professionalism of our guide. Magnificent site steeped in history. Majesty of the organs. Accurate commentary. Very friendly guide.

The Guide has been to take off his hat: I told him so at the time. A very didactic exposition, because he contextualized, rigorously, the narration and historico-artistic description, and, above all, the attempt to emphasize the respect for harmonizing both cultures, as denoted by the successive reforms of the Mosque-Cathedral. the guide was competent and interesting but there were too many participants, which made the tour uneasy to follow at times.
The ticketing experience was easy. The meeting point was easy to find. Everyone was where they were supposed to be. The Mesquita is an amazing building and we loved seeing it in detail
Jaime was a knowledgeable and interesting guide, good humoured and approachable. Lots of interesting stories and communicated key facts about the incredible monument that is the Mezquita.
The guide who accompanied us was a very polite, very professional man. He had a lot of knowledge and was able to pass it on in a very motivating way! Congratulations! The meeting point was also very suitable.

Really informative and interesting. We had some issues with the listening devices, so sometimes we couldn't hear, and there was a constant buzzing sound in the background. The Jewish quarter and Synogogue was a little rushed and didn't feel as in depth
Antonio and Stéphanie are passionate guides. The visit was very interesting and Stephanie's emotion in the mosque was very communicative. She loves her city!

Isabel was very informative and was able to answer questions. The last time I was there, I did not get to do a tour. I didn't realize how much information there was to be missed. Isabel was amazing.

Hello, we had a wonderful experience. The guide was very professional and knowledgeable. She is very kind and accommodating. Thank you very much!

Visit a bit long (4h), not easy to follow and stay focused for so long; the guide was professional and very nice but with a flow and an accent that sometimes hindered our understanding; too much information in 4h. I don't recommend the 3 activities (alcazar, Jewish quarter and mosque); in my opinion, only the last 2 are of interest, so a 2h30 visit is preferable.

The visit step by step with the explanation of the historical part as a whole. Very enjoyable and entertaining. Easy to understand and retain, it was short and we wanted to repeat.

Our perfectly French-speaking guide gave us some very interesting and pertinent explanations, combining history, human relationships and anecdotes.
View original review in French
The visit went very well, but your guides need a bit more training. For example, our guide told us (twice) that the church in the mosque-cathedral was facing Jerusalem.... Churches are not oriented towards Jerusalem but towards the East, the rising sun, which refers to the risen Christ. (This is not to be confused with the orientation of mosques). Furthermore, he did not show us the Visigoth remains of the church on which the mosque was built. What a pity.
The VERY friendly guide also took the time to answer a wide range of questions professionally.

Good morning. Although at the beginning it started a little bit bad due to technical problems with the headphones, it went very well. Fatima who was our guide was great. Explanations that were very well understood and very well prepared. Fatima's explanation of the Mosque-Cathedral was spectacular. VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

The guide was very difficult to understand because the headphones and microphone transmitted all the background noise. That was very distracting.

Two tips: you can use the red and blue lines with the ticket. The blue line is used by narrower buses. Sometimes every centimeter of road width is used. The ride through the old town is breathtaking. Be sure to download the app, you can see where the stops are and where the buses go. Better than any timetable.

The cathedral, the Jewish quarter, the narrow streets...

We experienced both lines, we loved the mini-bus! The driver was very friendly, helpful and patient so we were able to take the most beautiful pictures. With the big coach through those narrow streets was also quite an experience. Some routes we already knew but by sitting high up in the bus you experience it very differently. We enjoyed it and learned a lot about the city through the bus.

The local bus stations are poorly marked. Even the information on the bus stops is only of limited help. The journey times are also unclear: will the bus arrive in 2 minutes or will I have to wait another 35 minutes?

The audio did not work in 2 different chairs in the bus and we took a small car to go to the historic site and the driver was careless and drove to fast, just wanted to finish as soon as possible. Not a good experience
The driver of the small shuttle bus was very informative and the assistant at the bus stop was very helpful. Fantastic overview of the city in the blue and red routes, thank you.

Although it wasn't yet tourist season, the queue to buy tickets on site was very, very long (and it was 45° in the shade), so we really appreciated being able to avoid the wait by presenting our electronic tickets: absolutely perfect! It's a place not to be missed, grandiose in its beauty, its riches, its history and even its surface area! A small correction: it's worth noting that all the recommendations concerning visitors' dress (no bare shoulders, no shorts, etc...) and the ban on cameras are absolutely not (or no longer) in force, which is not a positive point in view of what we observed throughout our visit...

The control does not accept resevation number. Only QR scan, as I asked the ticket clerk. He shows me . It works again. But it bothers me that the rooms shows top left small QR ticket. There is no ticket to write on. I did not know it. Please write to ticket.

This monument is a must-see. It's atypical, with all those rare stone columns. On the other hand, it's very crowded, but on the whole people don't make too much noise and respect this place of prayer. Once you've found your way in, you're in waves, and it doesn't take long to check your tickets on paper or by telephone.

Nothing - ridiculous to have dozens of tours leaving at same time and same spot. A meeting point on a narrow road with trucks unloading. Will never use Headout again.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to describe the various historical aspects very vividly and clearly. Although new guests were assigned to her every hour, she took into account the guests' different levels of prior knowledge. To have seen the sights I had booked. Both guides spoke passionately and vividly, unfortunately I couldn't understand their English. Disliked: the English with a strong Spanish accent of the first guide and the fast speaking of the second guide. The tour of the Jewish quarter was just a walk to the synagogue through a patio!
