Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to describe the various historical aspects very vividly and clearly. Although new guests were assigned to her every hour, she took into account the guests' different levels of prior knowledge. Without the tour, we would have missed out on the very complex and exciting connections.

Our guide, Estefania, was very relevant, attentive and friendly.

To have seen the sights I had booked. Both guides spoke passionately and vividly, unfortunately I couldn't understand their English. Disliked: the English with a strong Spanish accent of the first guide and the fast speaking of the second guide. The tour of the Jewish quarter was just a walk to the synagogue through a patio!

Rafa's work was excellent, the 4 hours went by super fast.

The place is sensational, very interesting, Antonio the guide very good and with deep knowledge of the history.

It was super organized. However, I wasn't able to understand anything because my knowledge of Spanish was too poor and the guide spoke incredibly fast. So I lost the group. I made an effort to reconnect, but no one could help me quickly enough. My fault.

The tour was canceled just one day before the date because there were no English-speaking guides. That was too short to book another tour. I am still waiting for a refund of the price.

The guide was very didactic and friendly. The problem was the queues to get in and out of Medina Azahara with the shuttle bus.

El yacimiento arqueologico impresiona, y eso que el Salon Rico está cerrado al público. Miguel el guía encantador, con explicaciones entretenidas, con humor y rigor.

El guía, fenomenal, muy amable, nos explicó todo y más sobre Medina Azahara contestando a todas nuestras preguntas. Además estuvimos viendo casi todo lo más importante y nos descubrió cosas que, sin una persona experta, no hubiéramos imaginado. Imprescindible ir con guía, si es Rafael, mejor ¡¡¡!!!

Tuvimos un guía verdaderamente motivado y muy documentado. Pienso que es muy difícil mantener la calidad repitiendo todos los días el mismo repertorio, y sobretodo soportando esas temperaturas.

La visita a Medina Azahara acompañados por el guía fue muy buena. La información que nos aportó fue muy interesante y amena, además contribuyó con alguna nota de humor y algún relato de leyendas de la época. Eskerrik asko!

Cristina fue una guía maravillosa. A pesar del diluvio, no paro de contarnos anécdotas históricas y de darnos información.

La visita guiada al monumento Medina Azahara nos encantó, la chica lo explico todo muy bien con anécdotas, curiosidades y nos dio tiempo para fotos y todo. No fue estresante. El restaurante Góngora, donde fuimos a almorzar y tienen platos a la plancha y frituras, para familias o reuniones de amigos, (aunque no es un sitio muy amplio, todo muy ventilado por el COVID) muy variado el menú, platos generosos, a precios aceptables. Camareros muy correctos y amables. Muy agusto en general.

La Guía fué magnífica y una excelente profesional. La organización del lugar (acceso y lanzaderas ) fué lamentable . El aforo era importante y no se entiende que no hubiese mas lanzaderas (en situaciones extremas estan obligados a poner mas de dos y no someter a largas colas de espera para subir o bajar. Se supone además que compras on line para además evitar colas por lo que la larga cola de entrada a taquilla es absolutamenete absurda (solo para decir nuestro lugar de procedencia ya que nuestros tickets los llevaba la guía ) y pasar a ver el video no debería de sufrirse si has comprado visita guiada

Gran guía, con gran conocimiento de la historia. También cuenta curiosidades de personajes históricos y se implica mucho en el recorrido y en explicarlo con detalle.

Realmente vale la pena la visita Guiada a la Medina Azahara! Excelente la guia Kristina, nos conto todo de forma muy didactica y entretenida.

No me pareció correcto que me cambiaran la hora de la visita sin otra opción. La guía muy profesional. Llegó con un pequeño retraso de la hora de presentación.

This ticket is misleading again from this bad application, no mention for the guide language whatsoever and i was surprised when I reached there.. The tour guide himself apologized even though it not his fault , and he mentioned he actually never heard from this app.. I recommend you book directly from the official app or when you reach Cordoba

The cathedral/mosque is wonderful, immense, an unimaginable place, where architecture and different religions intertwine to create something unique! In the photos the arches look beautiful, but in person they are something incredible, I absolutely recommend the visit!!!

Visiting the Mezquita early in the morning, as soon as it opens at 10 am, allows the magic of this historic place to unfold. The later you visit it and the more people there are in the building, the more of it is lost. I was there for the 9th time today and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful, awesome and a refuge from the Cordoba heat. The Mosque/Cathedral is well worth a visit, we went as a family in the late afternoon and it was glorious.

Tell people that it's alowed to enter with shorts! We wear pants because your website forbid shorts. All the people are alowed to wear shorts inside. So it is not nesscary to wear pants! In that heat! Not a nice experience. You have too adjust that on the internet!!!!!!

The place was clean and the stuff are professional.but the experience could have been even better if a historical information could have been shared like in a flyer .also every chart is written in spanish,maybe it would be great to include at least english. Thank you.

Fast and diligent Not to be missed. All very well kept. Every space mixes religions, if it were like that the world would be better.

Although it wasn't yet tourist season, the queue to buy tickets on site was very, very long (and it was 45° in the shade), so we really appreciated being able to avoid the wait by presenting our electronic tickets: absolutely perfect! It's a place not to be missed, grandiose in its beauty, its riches, its history and even its surface area! A small correction: it's worth noting that all the recommendations concerning visitors' dress (no bare shoulders, no shorts, etc...) and the ban on cameras are absolutely not (or no longer) in force, which is not a positive point in view of what we observed throughout our visit...

The control does not accept resevation number. Only QR scan, as I asked the ticket clerk. He shows me . It works again. But it bothers me that the rooms shows top left small QR ticket. There is no ticket to write on. I did not know it. Please write to ticket.
