Unfortunately, there was no one on site at the specified time. So the tour didn't take place, and I wasn't even informed of this. However, my message to headout was answered promptly and politely and I was refunded the ticket price. Still, it was a shame.
We had a very interesting guide who gave us a good explanation of the monument and its various historical periods.

Man sollte schon vorher gesagt bekommen, dass in den Herbst- und Wintermonaten die Patios sehr eingeschränkt mit Blumen ausgeschmückt sind. Das kann auch kein Guide schön reden. ...Der seine Arbeit sehr gut gemacht hat. Der Preis ist in den Frühlings- und Sommermonaten gerechtfertigt, jetzt war es deutlich zu teuer für das gesehene.
